M130 oil passage modification
I am rebuilding my M130, and I have a few questions.
1. On the first picture, which hole in the block, feeds the oil pressure to the head - and cam towers?
2. As my valve train had oil delivery issues to the top end, would making your own groove in the cam tower ID (blending a half circle, marked in RED) be advisable to get more oil up to the other cam towers? See pic 2.
Pic 3 shows the #1 cam journal, which that groove is the current design for oil feed.
I didn't get a picture, but the long tube with small holes in it that brings oil the other cam tower journals, could I drill out the small holes and make them larger? (At least the ones that point right at the cam tower journals).
