Antifreeze draining from the block - '74 240D

Hey folks,

In the middle of changing the antifreeze on my '74 240D. I've drained the radiator, and want to do a proper flush of the system.

I need to remove the huge bolt in the block (under the exhaust manifold) to drain what's left of the antifreeze in there. It's a huge size, and I don't have the right size socket for it. Anyone know off-hand what size it is, so I can go buy the correct one? I'm guessing 1"
