New Car! 1958 180D Ponton

Got it for next to nothing, and a few parts will be going to my 1960 190 ponton sedan (vent window latch, coolant temp probe, heater blower motor switch + both motors, cig lighter)

The car is complete except for taillights and rear view mirror, but is in a world of pain...I'd have to sell my 190SL if I wanted to restore this thing. Bought it mainly for the parts, but also to learn about the old-school OM636! The engine turns, starter works...but I have no keys so need to activate glow plugs directly...which i'm figuring out still.

I'm actually the second owner, the original owner is still around, 95 years old! Amazing. The car has no rear windshield, no passenger side windows (both), and as a result, floorboards are gone on the passenger side, and lots of the body is wasted away. Couldn't they just put a @%@#$ tarp on it? geez. Will snap up a few more photos of the car in the coming days.
