Do you have the four capacitors to suppress interference with the radios?

If so, take the capacitor off the D+ wire and run a straight connection to the regulator and see if that gets the battery charging.

Too bad. That worked for me when my generator and regulator tested good at the rebuild place but would not work on the car.

The only place I could find a new regulator was on the Niemoller web site. But it was 291 euros.

Something like this might work, though.

Good luck.

Contact Doug Sogolow in New Britain, CT. Sogolow Starter and Generator Works.

Google it and you can get his contact information. Excellent work and knows older charging systems and MBs, too.
