I made the conversion on a 1967 250S with no regrets. You will have to modify your transmission switch to fit the Webers. Otherwise the tranny will not operate smoothly. I am not aware of a kit for this

I've been in this same boat for a little. My Zeniths are very hot and cold where one day they work wonderfully and the next they are puttering along and not running correctly. I Need to replace the accelerator pump as well as a few things. I looked a the kits online but they don't seem to come with an accelerator pump diaphragm. It looks as though the rebuild kit is only gaskets and a few springs.

Webers would be nice. I had a mechanic here offer to install some used ones and tune them for 500$. I said yes and then he slowly started backtracking and told me th friend he was going to buy them from wasn't answering his calls, blah blah.
