Still running rich though and haven't been able to tune it properly. Cold start valve is good, Warm Running Device (WRD) shuts off after warmed up. Previously ran rough at start for about 5 minutes then slowly the roughness would go away. I then found out that the knurled injection pump knob had been tampered with by previous mechanic and I guess tried to adjust the fuel mixture by turning it while the car was on. The injection pump knob was then jammed in clockwise and caused the car to run rich. I had to open up the large back hex cover, use a mirror and then turn the screw counter clockwise a few clicks. I put the hex cover back on and refilled the pump with oil. My injection pump runs with its own oil reservoir and does not mix with the engine oil. After I did this procedure the cars roughness at morning 1st start was eliminated but I could tell that it was still running rich. I still find the engine oil smelling like gasoline.
