Does anyone have info on the PSI output of the fuel pumps on the 220SE Fuel injected cars?

the pump is pretty low pressure. The service spec to follow is for the volume of the pump (gallons per second) to be above a certain threshold.

pressure in a restricted system , is directly related to volume .so if you drive car at high rpm , full load and pressure is ok , this mean volume is adequate ." minimum pressure is 6 psi , volume 3/4 gallon a minute . usually , pressure is around 9 to 10 psi
