I think you can find most of what you need from autohausAZ.
they have pistons. instead of buying gaskets separately, to to parts house and have them get full engine gasket set.
timing chain parts
take your head to a shop and have rebuild - they will tell you what parts are needed. probably new guides and a few valves.
take engine apart and take block and crank to good machine shop - have them bore cylinders and check crank - turn if needed.
new bearings per machinist measurements - crank and rods.
important to get good references for local machine shops in your area. make sure they are old school and know what they are doing. try hot rod performance engine shops.
Do a full rebuild while there, you dont want to take apart and do again.
guestimate $2000- $2500 parts, $500- 1000 machinist. how you will feel when done $1,000,000!
