1952 220B Cabriolet

I am new to the forum, and I am beginning the restoration of a 1952 220B Cabriolet. I am having trouble locating a couple of parts and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. I need the dash wood and the radio, and the glove box door. The dash wood is unavailable new, so I am looking for used of any condition. I have found a new radio, but would prefer to find a used one of any condition. Does anyone have any ideas?

Beautiful car... Pics??
If only the surface of your dash is damaged you can find wood veneer to match the specie of yours and have it resurfaced.

I plan on doing so with a few of my 220SE's. There is a local wood work supply shop here that sells the veneer. I could up load pics later today.

This is the veneer I was talking about in the previous post, as you can see it is a 3M product I believe this on is oak...

Mind you it is real wood with an adhesive backing. And it can be stained

Contact Drew Tibken at Heritage Woodworks.

The work he does is absolutely drool-worthy. He can reconstruct some pieces and may know where to find a replacement for your missing wood.

Thanks

Thank you for your replies. To answer trazique, my dash wood is not there, so I will need a complete replacement. I will contact the three people that were mentioned. Thanks again.
