Suction line goes down through the passenger side fender and runs along to frame rail into the trunk. The pressure line exots on the drivers side of the trunk and also goes up the frame rail to the engine bay and runs up and over the condenser to the dryer. Pretty simple setup. Im looking into a price for the whole system still.

I have started dismantling the car, got quite a bit done already but I have about 20 more hours until I'm done.

Since I have been getting so many inquires about things my message box is out of control.

I'd like for anyone who is requesting a part or info to email me at jasonsid1985@gmail.com

I will be responding from there since it will be easier. Please be sure to give me your zip code and items interested in. Thanks!

Well the car is finally in 1,000,000,000 pieces. I have removed EVERYTHING from the car that is still in usable condition. The only part of the car that I have not touched is the running gear and suspension. The steering gear box will most likely come out before I junk the car. I am still bouncing around the idea of keeping the rear end and parts from the front end. As of now I am out of room for storage. The car is going to sit on a trailer hidden in the back yard for a month or two just incase someone needs something off of it. I would like to see as much of this car used as possible.

All that being said I will list below all the good parts I have taken off that I am willing to part with. If it's not listed, I probably still removed it but haven't thought about selling it yet. Please feel free to still ask if I can part with it.

Again with part requests, pictures, or questions please email jasonsid1985@gmail.com

I have learned a lot about the w108 as I took it apart. I have spent 8 years working at a dealer on cars from 2000 and up. It's a whole new world going to something this old. Well made and solid!

Spread the word! I need to move this stuff so I have room to work on my own w108 now!

---All trim items(fresh air inlet, front and rear windshield, rocker panels, centerbody, doors, and windows)
---All exterior door handles
---Front windshield(no crackes or chips)
---Rear windshield(no cracks or chips)
---All 1/4 windows(no chips or cracks(fronts have mechanisms on them))
---All door windows(no chips or cracks)

Doors

---Window guides
---Window regulators(hand crank style(all work))
---Door panels
---Door panel trim items

---Windshield wiper motor w/linkages
---Power window motor w/wiring(added on)

---Front courtesy light
---Rear courtesy light

---Cigar lighter
---Hazard switch(pull style)
---Kickdown switch
---Becker radio(undecided on sale of this item)

Interior
---Front seats(good condition, no tears, minor fading)
---Rear seat bench(bottom and back(good condition, not tears, minor fading))
---Windshield trim(inside window surround)

---AC vents(driver and passenger)
---Center speaker cover

---Steering wheel pad(minor cracking)

Miscellaneous
---Steering column(complete)
---Vehicle jack
---Rear taillight assemblies
---Ebrake lever with cable
---Ebrake cables(upon request)
---Throttle linkage assembly(piece mounted to firewall)
---Gas pedal
---Speedometer cable
---Gear change lever(column mount)
---Washer pump(includes lines, pedal pump, nozzle)

Air Conditioning
---Nippondenso trunk mounted air conditioning unit(includes all wiring, unit controls, regulators, relays, condensor(ignition), coil(ignition, capacitors(ignition), vents, drain tubes, and modules.
***This is a very well put together system. There are several pieces and components to install for proper operation. I recommend having a professional service center install this equipment. I can supply pictures of all mounting positions, components, and location of parts and wiring. I will also do my best to assist with questions regarding the installation of the system. I have yet to find ANY information on this system on the internet. I do not know of the value. I will accept offers on it. I am not trying to make a bunch of money off of it, I would rather see it used.***

I have pictures of almost all of the items listed above and will be happy to send them.

Sold items: all seat belts, front carpets, rear headrests

Again please email jasonsid1985@gmail.com

Thanks!

Well I finally got this old girl up and running! I actually used it in my wedding in October last year. It still needs some carb work but after swapping the engine and transmission out of the Japan 108 I found, it's running. I also had to redo the entire brake system. New calipers, rotors, booster, master cylinder, and wheel bearings. Runs and drives pretty good. Got it cleaned up a bit and it was wedding worthy. The car sat in a barn for 12 years before I got it, 2 years later it was back on the road! Check it out...
