Electric Windows Fuse Box location?

Hi guys. My driver's side window is in down position and will not go up. Other 3 windows work fine. Hoping it's a fuse but can't find. Owner's Manual says they're under the hood on passenger side. I must be blind. Can't find. Any tip will be most appreciated.

Not a fuse. The fuses are staggered. LF and RR are on one circuit. Same for the RF and LR.

Probably the switch as this is the most used one.

fuses should be in drivers footwell I think.

Time to remove door panel and check for voltages to rule out switch or motor.

to test that window , turn ign on , in garage [ may need some darkness ] , watch the red dash light that is on , now , push switch to down position , does dash lite dim some , if so the window want to go down , repeat for up position , if lite does nothing , you have a bad switch , if lite dim some , motor is stuck .if bad switch , try electronic spray cleaner .
