The M110 motor will bolt to your manual transmission. However, just be aware that some people recommend that if you swap a flex plate for a flywheel on an MB motor, then you should re-balance the rotating assembly. But I have also heard many stories of people just swapping it over and having no problems. I would do it myself - MB are meant to have finer manufacturing tolerances than other older motors, so I see the risk of imbalance as small - anyone else have any experiences?
The M110 is basically the same block as the motor you have, and it will fit. You may need to investigate moving the radiator further forward though, which is tough as the front crossmember (that the bumper mounts are welded too) may stop the radiator from moving forward any more than it already is.
So you will have to look at pics of some M110 motors and pulleys and see if there are any that have A/C with only 2 grooves on the pulley. I don't know myself.
Happy investigating, Drew
