Email the Classic Center with proof of ownership (a copy of your registration or title is fine) and ask for the "datacard" for your car. They should be able to provide you with everything you want including the serial number for the engine, trans, rear axle ratio, and key code(s). The VIN doesn't contain the information you want. But Mercedes Benz has very good records. I have the datacards (or equivalent) for 5 of my current and past cars, all courtesy of the classic center.
