It is a 380 mm or 15" wheel. The only numbers on the wheel is CD 32. You will also need an adapter. I found the wheel and adapter seperately on E-bay a few years ago.
Found this on Amazon. Should be a good part number to help with your search
Nardi-Personal Steering Wheel Hub Adapter (Boss) Kit - Mercedes 280 C W 114 68-76 - Part # 4370.94.2802-12. I have attached a photo as well. Sorry I don't have a left handed tape measure!! ha Good luck on your search.

By the way. Love the looks of you car and I admire the guts it takes to drive it in the snow. I won't even take mine out if it looks like rain and I attend the local car show almost every Sun morning. I don't want to even think about cleaning the entire engine compartment if I actually drove it in the rain. I guess that's why I live where I do!!
