Some how I thought then selling price would have been more, but I'm puzzled as to why the engine was rebuilt at such low mileage especially if the car was supposed to be well taken care of.
Maybe that reason could be your bargaining strategy if you're interested. Either way its a beaut... Becoming more and more rare especially the parts.
I currently own 4 and can't seem to get enough. Good luck.

I'd suggest it's a fair price. It is almost the doppelganger to my car down the the color and condition. Some people will always say any given car is too expensive but I'd say if it isn't leaking fluids everywhere and since the fuel tank was redone already, that you are about the market correct price for one of these right now, which I think is slightly undervalued perhaps due to the economy. If it checks out in person then I'd buy it if you are looking for one, a perfect example of originality, records, price and motive to buy.

Nothing better than paperwork and proof of maintenance. It looks nice, though this car is not in my taste for an MB, but i do appreciate them. It seems fair to my opinion. If you got the cash and the know-how, it is a good deal. cheers!

If this car was here in New England I might take a look for myself. Marrs really knows those cars but the price seems pretty reasonable to me. Good luck if you pursue it.
