Hi Tony.

Are you looking for a new or a used one?
The only problem with these windscreens are that they MUST be fitted by a professional as they aren't easy to fit, well to fit properly.

All of the best...

Tony, also buy the correct OEM windscreen seal when you do this, the cheaper ones often leak and are not made the same shape as the factory versions.

Is it possible to replace a '68 250S windshield with a '69 280SE w/s? Fingers crossed on this one.

Yes, you can still buy them brand new from the Mercedes-Benz Classic Center in either Germany or Irvine, CA. Most online or eBay are Uro or other aftermarket and while some people have had good luck installing with these, many others have not or had leaks after they went through all the trouble and ended up buying the factory seal and redoing the whole job. I'd check with both since you are not near either and see who has the best exchange rate and shipping costs to you. A local dealer should also be able to order it directly from Classic Center (it is an official branch of Mercedes-Benz) and you can pick it up from them with no shipping charges since it will arrive with their next parts order, at least that's how it works here.

Both sedans? You can compare the parts # or email the Classic Center and ask, they are great about offering advice too. You can also speak with them directly on the MBCA forums, I don't think you need to be a member to join and post on the forums.

Thanks. I'll do just that when I get the 250S out of storage. The 280SE (seized engine) is behind barn covered with 18" of snow awaiting dismantlement.
