W111 early vs late idler arm bushing ??

Taking a shot, maybe someone has been through this already.

Apparently there are two types of fintail idler arm bushing setup. My 67 230S has a bolt attached to the arm, a grease nipple, a brass bushing and a threaded cap up top.

I have a rebuild kit for a different type, with the bolt passing through the idler arm, no grease nipple, and using rubber bushings.

Seems that W113 SL's have the brass bushing type as well.

Can I update the idler arm with the rubber bushing kit? is the arm itself different early to late setup, would i need to get a new / used idler arm from a parts car?

the brass bushing rebuild kit is $160 vs the $35 that I already paid, so if I can use what I have that would be great.

thanks in advance!
