Converted my M115 for about $500. $300 for the controller, $30 for the manifold (changed from dual Solex'es to single side-draft style), $20 for a used GM throttle body, $100 for the pump and filter and the rest on misc. wiring and plumbing.
Did my M110 for about the same.
Changed my M117 for about $100 more due to having to adapt a TPS.
It all depends on what the car is worth to you.
The M115 had dual down-draft Solex'es which were a royal nightmare to keep sync'ed, the M110 had a worn-out, much abused Solex 4 bbl and the M117 had a bad fuel distributor.
I now have three rock-steady cars with the option to go to full ignition control.
