My suggestion would be to look up the parts in EPC and see if the motors are the same between coupes and sedans - at least that way you will know how much of a hunt it is going to be. I have a 1968 280 S sedan that I will be parting out in the coming months (not ready yet, sorry) and at least some of the motors in it work.
I had a Facel Vega - they used Piper Electric Motors, also used in Rolls Royce. I had those rebuilt at a shop that rebuilds motors - Arbuckle Electric in Hollywood or West Hollywood CA, if all else fails you could try to track them down...
