Does anyone know where the 2nd vin number is located?

Hi everyone! Does anyone know where the 2nd vin number is stamped on a 1966 mercedes 200d fintail? Dmv could not find it and referred me to California Highway Patrol. I have the vin tag above the radiator core support. Anyone have any specifics please? Thanks
