quarter panel fitting

I found some new quarter panels for a 4 door 280. just wondering if these would fit my 280c. They are very cheap and just down the street. hoping to buy them and keep them as spares. are they a perfect fit, close fit or impossible fit. Thanks boys

2 door vs 4 door will be tough. You will need to cut carefully.
