No. Those are rather crappy 14" Bundt wheels from a W126, however the one inside the trunk of that car is pretty nice, and yes I have seen the car, it's a bargain if you want a parts car and probably a problem if you want a driver, and it completely needs paint which is more expensive to do than the cost of a good W126...
I'm having second thoughts about the offset on W126 (and W107)... I'm a bit out of my area with W126 and W107 and it is possible that early W126 had a different offset than late W126. Same with W107. I'm not sure, you would have to consult someone who knows more about those than I know. I'm pretty darn sure that any W126 that has over 14" rims has an offset that is not compatible with the offset on the 108/113/114 etc cars.
