The D-Jet Fuel Injection system is fairly simple, but there are parts that are extremely difficult to find or expensive to buy. Such as Pulse Generators, MAP sensor, and AAV Valves.

The MegaSquirt is remarkably similar to the D-Jet system, but the components are a lot easier to locate and cheaper to buy. Not to mention the added value of a programmable fuel/air map, with sensor control.

Just my 2 cents

The MB V-8 looks factory. Nice job!

I realize this is a bit off-topic, but do the Oz W108 MBs come with the Euro spec headlights such as in your car?

I would like to refit the correct original headlight assemblies to my car that it came with, but I can only find them in Germany. Shipping these parts out of Germany is an expensive situation, making it unworkable. If I could find a set here in the States they would likely be out of the range of what I can afford to put into this car-and stay married.
