Sorry QS, I have been working for 3 weeks straight until today.
Ok, the rear seat will have 2 little nuts at the bottom inside the cabin, which you should have seen when you took pic 2700.
To get the others, go into the boot (sorry, trunk) - near the top of the seat perhaps 6 inches in from the edges there will be 2 nuts that secure the top of the seat back to the body.
I see you already got your welding cable...
As for securing the battery, I got a battery tray and clamps like what you would have had in the engine bay, and bolted it through the boot well. To stop it from just pulling through the floor, I cut some 3mm thick steel into 2 strips that are located under car. So the tray bolts through the floor, with steel each side creating a sandwich of the boot floor panel, so it will not pull out. Does that make sense?
The fiddly part was making the tray fit inside the plastic battery box - I had to shorten it.
