STT turbo kitt, on OM616 in a w115

got a w115 from 1976, with a om616 engine (240d from the w123)

changing to a rearaxel with 1:2.65 the car is going to be a bit tired.
so i also ordered a almost new STT-turbo kitt with a modified Intercooler
(the kitt still got the stickers on it)

what changes do i need to make to the engine?
NA valves and Oilsquirters on the Pistons where available on the om616 from India, and some of the 617 if im not misstaken, but are they needed?

if i have a low preasure and a good IC, will the car last?
not going to preasure it with full throtle, i just want to have a realy sweet rpm at 60mph (about 1500-2000rpm) with that extra power you need to pass other cars.

can tell you, 240d 72hp with 2.65 diff was a bit tired, moved down to 195-65r14 to make it work, changed to a 3.07 drive and it worked great, am still looking for a fifth gear when coming from a newer car.
no problem sticking to the trafic tempo, and with some planing the overtakes is no problem either, about the same as with the stock 3.69 finaldrive.
about 35mpg mixed driving, and sweet rpms.

still no turbo thou.

and the turbokitted 300d with a 2.65 axle needs a fifth gear to. people saying that the car will be undrivable and extremely slow is wrong.
