Question W116 Chin Spoiler Etc.

I'm in the process of restoring a 1973 450 SEL. I'm using some parts from a 73 450 SE that I inherited from my Grandparents who purchased it new from a dealer in St. Louis back in 73. When I had the body done on the SE back in 89 I had a chin spoiler installed. They riveted it to the body and covered the rivet heads with body filler. I removed the spoiler in hopes of putting it on the SEL. It's a little banged up from the years of wear and tear so I was wondering if they are still available?
Also, I need to remove the instrument cluster to get at the clock. Do I need to remove the entire dash board in order to do this or does it come undone from underneath the dash somehow? I'm using the SE parts car as a guinea pig, But would rather not monkey it apart.

the instrument cluster is a friction fit. using screwdrivers or picks, carefully pull it out far enough to take it in hand and pull toward you. unscrew the speedo cable, unplug the 2 electrical connectors and loosen the oil pressure tube with a 10mm wrench. when replacing the cluster it may not fit as well, but tape or weatherstrip can be used to tighten it up. good luck with the clock repair.

Easy as pie?

Wow, that sounds almost too easy. I'll give it a try on the donor car first, that's where the working clock is.
While I've got your attention, does anyone know how to remove the ignition from the dash? I need to switch the ignition, door handles/locks and trunk lock from one car to the other. I've got it all done except for the ignition.
This is much easier on my old fords by the way...except for the instrument cluster that requires removing several screws.
Thanks for all your help.
