On my 107, there is sort of a 'procedure' to "burb" the cooling system. Put the front wheels up about 8 inches (ramps are good for this), fill the system with as much coolant/water mix as it will take, then leaving the coolant reservoir cap OFF, start the car. After a few minutes, the little hose from the top of the radiator to the coolant reservoir will start to get hot, then add more coolant to the "full" line of the reservoir, and put the cap on.
You can then back off the rams and go for a bit of a drive around the block or two, then check the coolant level again. You may need to repeat this process a time or two to make sure that you get ALL the excess air out of the cooling system.
Remember: It's not just a car. It's an Adventure.
