While you are learning about your car, learn about this: There should be a temperature knob for the AC. If it is all the way off, and I mean ALL THE WAY, the fan for the heater is engaged. If you turn the temp knob a little clockwise, it switches the fan control to operate the fan for the AC. Two different fans controlled by the same fan switch. Make sure both of your fans work.
