W108 seat covers & So Cal shop recommendation

Hi Everybody,

Just bought a '72 280 SEL - beautiful car but needs front seat covers in blue leather. I'd be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction, the car was originally equipped with leather not MB tex and want to keep it that way.

Would also be grateful for recommendations of competent & REASONABLE w108 specialist shops in LA/So Cal.

Many thanks....Jack

Try World Upholstery.com - I've had a lot of great luck with them, both with leather and MBtex.

Hi Jack,

You should try out German Auto Tops. Their located in North Hollywood and they carry the original leather colors and grains. Give them a call at (818)766-9511. Good luck
