Broken belt tensioner on my M115 engine a/c condenser (1977 4 dr 230)

I changed all the belts in my '77 230 yesterday and found one of the teeth on the little tensioner cog for the a/c condenser was broken.

I was able to move it enough to slightly loosen the belt and change it, but it took a lot of unpleasantness and sweating, if you know what I mean. Now the belt is still looser than it should be and squeals at low speeds when I turn the a/c fan on.

Is anyone familiar with the belt tension-ing on an m115 engine? Any documentation on belt tensioning procedure? Does anyone know where I can find the little star cog & bolt for the tensioner and replace it?

Germanstar.net

They seem to have everything.

If it's not listed in the catalog they probably have it if you contact them.
