Here are some pics I took 12-12-10 of a 1955 300 SLR in Naples FL

Is it real???

It looks like a kit car to me. Notice the FORD looking auto trans shifter gate and the turn shgnaal stalk. An engine pic would actually tell what's under the hood. Remember, a Gullwing kit car was produced with an M103.

Yeah, I was gonna say the same thing. My Dad Ford-powered a 108 decades ago, with that same shift gate.

I don't think it's real at all!
Looks like a Jaguar E-Type was kitted to replicate a MB SLR.
Check out the Jag emblem on the horn button of the steering wheel and the headlight covers are from the E- Type design.
