power steering gearbox seal blown

Couple days ago after parking my 67 250se, I came back to see a big puddle of fluid. Quick inspection shows it leaking from the lower seal on the gearbox.
Found full rebuild kit for $25. how hard is this ? long should it take me to replace that seal. Thanks

I just resealed my box. it is fairly technical and requires attention to detail. to do it correctly requires a shop full of tools but if you pay attention to what you are doing I think one could do a satisfactory job at home.
This will give you some insight on the process:

Power Steering

Tony
280SE 3.5 Coupe
Stick shift
3.27 Axle
5.6 Iron block build in progress

wow that is involved. I think I may just try to replace the seal on the pitman arm for now. Thanks Tony
