For whatever reason, my M115 has the suppressor wires. My 110's don't, or didn't. I made some to try to rectify an erratic problem I was having (didn't seem to make a difference).
You will most likely not have any problem using either. I mentioned it simply because the Pertronix manual does.
I strongly recommend replacing the cap and rotor if they are worn. Check your coil for the proper resistance.
