Do a general search throughout this forum - there are a couple threads on removing the dash or replacing the heater blower motor (a considerable job).
If you want access for just the gage cluster, you'll have to remove a nylon nut holding it in place (back of the cluster, under the dash). After that, the whole assembly pulls out. Be careful not to damage the oil pressure sending tube.
