First you were lucky to notice your oil gage going down and you did well to stop immediately. Do not drive the car without oil pressure, otherwise very serious damage may occur.
I do not know these models, and I can't see too well on the picture. It looks like a bolt holding the power steering pump bracket to the engine block is missing. If that's the case, it would be weird that it connects with the oil circuit. Don't you have a loose hose somewhere that would connect to an oil cooler next to the radiator on the other end?
