Need help with Weber installation, 280C

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to properly install a Weber Redline kit on my M110.

Here is where I am so far, can anyone walk me through on how to finish the installation? How did you guys figure it out? I tried to follow the included instructions, but I am stuck at this point.

I have more pictures on the PeachParts forum. I have been posting there but nobody is able to answer I think because not many of them have done the conversion.

Stripped a water pump bolt, any idea how to back that out? Anyone have a spare water pump housing they can sell me?

Please help, I really want to get this car up and running!

For the broken bolt, soak the thing with a lot of WD40 or rust break. Meanwhile, get a bolt remover kit from the local hardware store - they cost about $12. Basically, drill a hole through the center of the bolt and use the extractor to remove it. Time consuming, but not difficult.

For the carb conversion, I did the same thing. Looks like you have many more operational vacuum hoses than I did. All I did was hook up the fuel line, prime the carb, and it ran well from there.
