higher back

i have my 300D 1976 benz. i have lower back part. especially when fully loaded. how can i improve the balance without touching on the shocks and springs?

I believe that he is trying to say that the back end rides low when he has a lot of weight in car.
My answer is that you can't do anything about that unless you do something with the springs or shocks. You may want to investigate "air shocks". With air shocks, under heavy weight, you can add air to raise back of car. When weight is gone you can let air out to get to desired level.
