i have my 1976 300D benz with five noozle tips. i dont like the noise when the engine is on. i asked a benz mechanic for a top overhaul. he made the overhaul but the noise is still there. he said that probably its the noozle tips behind the noise. is he probably right? suppose i change the noozle tips, will it probably minimize or prevent the noise? please help. thanks guys..
NO its the diesel PING get used to it. it wont get better. Unless you have low oil pressure I doubt its your oilers. Thats just the noise those engines make. At the bank and driver through windows. SHUT HER OFF LOL .. Good luck
