Your Favorite Sedan Ext. Color

Well,
I got '73 280 SE 4.5 running like a top after some bosch platinums and a timing adjustment, no misses and revs like a top.
Now, i'm planning on finishing her to be a good driver. After some shocks and bushings, flex-plates and tranny fluid change I'm going to send her to the shop for a nice paint.

Original color is a med/dark brown. I like this color but is it my favorite, No.
I'm not concerned with the value of the car I just want it to be a color that is classic.
I've seen a blue '73, a light met. red one, astral silver, not really sure where I can view some of the options from 1973?

Wanting to know what your favorite classic benz color is and if you know where I can see some color choices that would be great.

My w210 is arctic white and it looks beautiful against a winter backdrop.

We had a beautiful 73 280. It was Light Ivory (This color is listed as #620, #623 or #670 on different charts) with blue leather interior. Other Classic Benz colors I had & liked were: #356 HellBlau light blue on a 78 Euro 300D with blue interior, #606 Maple Yellow on an 81 300SD with Saddle Brown leather.

We also had a 76 280S in #867 Kaledoniengrun with Ivory leather that didn't do much for me at first, I only bought the car because of its excellent mechanicals & low miles. But after a few years, this light green became one of my favorite vintage Benz colors. So I would say any vintage Benz color will grow on you if it is in good condition & you maintain it with no clearcoat or fading issues. Don
