250s Timing Specs

I have a 1967 250s, runs pretty well, but i belive it could run better.

What should the timming be set at.

Ive searched the forum, yet no avail.
Which side is advance and which is retarded, when looking down at the damper standing in front of the car.

Or better yet which way advances the distibutor, turning it clock wise or counter?

How hard is it to adjust the valves? Im sure i could ive just never done this.

Thank you all in FULL advance
