Experience with PU-Bushings and progressive springs?

Anyone who had tried the PU-Bushings for the trailing arms and front axle (sway-bar) sold in USA?

Somone with experience of the progressive springs from SL-market (Olson)?

I would have a similar question about the Olson Springs for my 72 250C.
Has anybody had him produce the springs shorter to lower the car?

I bought Cox's bushings several years ago but my project has not progressed to the point that I can evaluate them. I have heard they can squeek so I may install grease fittings on the sway bay bushings.
