That wheel is about as toasted as toasted can get.
Is something that far gone even restorable ?
The plastic has lost all it's goodness to UV
The wheel is restorable most likely but the fact that it is original ivory colored is of no significance since the restoration process is going to include painting the wheel. You could just as easily restore a black wheel to be ivory. The center pad is basically rubbish. The chrome ring - maybe that is worth something if it is not pitted. If it is pitted, cheaper to find an unpitted one. I think that he has it priced right on ebay and it will probalby sell.
