Should be, from the engine out, alternator, power steering and then A/C. The double pulley on the alt is just a "standard" pulley installed by the rebuilder as the alternator fits about a gadzillion different cars.

I have seen the power steering belt on the outside depending on the mounting bracket and chassis.

The engine number I am referring to will be the 130-xxx.xx (or 110-xxx or 117.xxx) before the engine serial number. The number you gave is the serial number which you use for when they state, "from engine serial # on"

The 114 is the chassis number. The engine number will be on the left hand side of the engine below and behind the distributor. If the car is a 6 cylinder it should start with a 130-xxx.
