Yup, I went over to Wiki to give it a quick check out and I found the same lack of info on the M130. Lots of engine stuff on the M110 and the M115 but nada on the M130.
The 92x-xx-xxxxx tells me it was carbureted. I believe the compression ratio is set by the pistons on the M130. The only difference in the heads are for the fuel injector mountings.
If MB followed their usual numbering system for the block, the higher compression series would be 93x-xx-xxxxx.
The last numbers are simply the serial number of that engine.
I can't help you with comparative numbers because I replaced the M130 in my '72 250C with a fuel injected M115.
