Post adjusting fuel injection pump,,, help

i have a 1965 220seb and i wanted to know when adjusting fuel injection pump what is the starting position on those four screws in the mixture contol center?
if someone could help, thank you very much for reading.

Please elaborate. Do you mean the 4 screws inside the rear cover?

i should've been more specific, yes the 4 screws behind the cover. 2 white and 2 black screws.

Did you keep track of their initial positions? Did you make careful adjustments? Typically, they don't need adjusting. Mixture problems are usually due to too much oil in the IP itself.

There are experts on the SL113 site, search in the engine forum.

What other adjustments did you make and why? I'm not being rude, but no one should make adjustments to the internals without special equipment or knowledge.

Search on user ja17, he is in Blacklick Ohio and has a W113 SL tech session yearly.
