Exclamation 77' MB 450slc - AC belt probem to change - Help Please

Hello again,
I was changing out my altenator and belt, I noticed two pulley's with no belt on them - for my AC i got the belt but now I can't get it installed, anyone know the truck or how to losen one of the pulleys?

* this is for two pulley on the front drivers side - For the AC
