220d long brake problems

I recently got a 220d with three rows of seats in right hand drive.
The master cylinder can take four lines but only has three connected, the rear brakes being service by one line. Is this correct?
Can I use a VW master cylinder as a replacement?
Also can I fit any Mercedes five stud wheels?

There are supposed to be 3 outlets from the master-cylinder. Two in the front, and one in the back. (Maybe prev owner just put in one ?)
Even though most master-cylinders look the same on the outside, they might have different internal diameter on the pistons. So, don't use the first one you find.
Brakes are important !! So try to get an original or an original replacement.

You can fit many type og Mercedes wheels, even 18" AMG if they have the correct offset. ..
