If you mean vacuum seat locks, I think those are specific to 114 coupes and perhaps 111 coupes. If you vacuum door locks, I think those become "standard" some time after 1971. Certainly my 114 never had them and it was US delivery. (and no 113 cars have them)

Yes, his car IS a 1972, and no 111 coupes had seat locks, that all came later.
