1980 w123 240D needs new clutch

Hello

The clutch in my car needs replacement and I decided to go with Sachs.
I was told I need to find the exact clutch for my model year, engine etc.
That's where I need your help guys.

On Sach's website there are 4 clutches for a 72HP 240D, and I don't know which one to choose.

My VIN is: 12312310161716
Engine no: 6160112801
Car is a 1980 w123 240D euro model wit a 4-speed gearbox.

Any suggestions about where the chassis no. is would be a big help.

Please read the attached pdf file.
