I just redid all the pieces on my '79 450 SEL rather cheaply.

You will need 18 of the 5th item down and 3 of the bottom item:

clips

6 of the horizontal strips

Horizontal strips

They unfortunately do not sell the vertical strip at this time (I have heard they used to). That part I bought from my local dealership for a whopping $45. PM me and I can give you the part #

Had trouble with the attachments. That takes care of the clips. You can see now I'm missing the vertical center chrome and one of the horiz. That is cheep for sure. I don't see a vertical strip though?

Any Mercedes parts source worth its salt can supply all of the grill moldings and clips. The vertical molding has gotten ridiculously expensive ($20+) but it's certainly still available.
